Renovations are underway at the Park Place clubhouse, and there's so much coming soon! We are revamping this space with a stunning, vibrant new color palette, contemporary dcor, and plenty of natural lighting. Our new community room is a perfect, inviting spot for catching up with a friend or a small group. This space overlooks our outdoor seasonal pool, a proven remedy for beating the summer heat. Also included is Park Place's upgraded Fitness Center, which will feature the latest, state-of-the-art equipment and locker rooms to support your endurance, mobility, and strength. We cant wait for you to experience it all for yourself.

Out of all of the places I have lived, this is my favorite by far! The trees, trails and dog park make it so convenient for myself and my new puppy to get exercise, (she also enjoys getting some fresh air on the balcony).
